 Learning Opportunities For All Ages

Perham Area Community Education is dedicated to enriching the lifelong learning of our community by providing comprehensive and engaging learning opportunities for all ages.

COMMUNITY EDUCATION AT A GLANCE

ADULT PROGRAMS

provides opportunities for adults who want to learn a new skill, explore a new interest area, or enrich their personal or professional lives.

COMMUNITY MUSICAL

brings together students and community members in a musical production with live performances available to the public.

EARLY CHILDHOOD FAMILY EDUCATION

is a program for families with children birth to kindergarten age. Classes include parent discussion, parent-child activities, and opportunities for children to learn and grow together. Home visits and special events are also part of the program.

FACILITY USE

provides space in school district buildings for a variety of activities by groups, organizations, and individuals.

PRESCHOOL EDUCATION

focuses on learning opportunities that help children make a smooth and successful transition to kindergarten.

WORKFORCE EDUCATION

provides customized Adult Basic Education and Technology programs for businesses in the community.

YOUTH DEVELOPMENT

provides opportunities for elementary and secondary age youth to grow as individuals through citizenship, service learning, and leadership development.

YOUTH ENRICHMENT

provides opportunities for elementary and secondary age youth to learn new concepts and develop skills in a variety of topic areas, including science, math, art, computers, cooking, and more.

LEARN ABOUT OUR COMMUNITY MUSICAL

Each year, talent from around the area gather together to perform a community musical. The cast is made up of community members and students, and they put on three amazing performances.
