Coffee Talk: New Extension Educator

The Otter Tail County Extension offices recently welcomed their newest Extension Educator, Olivia Olson. She will collaborate with the East Otter Tail and Wadena Soil and Water Conservation Districts (SWCD) on education and outreach initiatives and supporting the County Master Gardener program.
