Meet Delfina Ciampi!  She was a foreign language and literature teacher in Italy for several years.  She is excited to share her love of teaching with you!

Learn how to make some of the most delicious Italian desserts. Join Delfina who grew up in Southern Italy and she will show you step-by-step how to make the classic Italian tiramisu with espresso and mascarpone cream!  And she will teach you how to make some ricotta based desserts starting with the preparation of homemade ricotta cheese used for crostata, cakes, and cannoli!   Your fee includes all supplies.
