Instructor: Delfina Ciampi, Italian Made Easy
You’ll learn about the cold fermentation process used to make delicious pizza crust and focaccia bread. This is the process used by Rome’s leading pizza expert, Gabriele Bonci. You’ll get some dough and recipes to take home and Delfina will teach you about the variety of Italian bread that can be made with this dough in addition to pizza crust. Come prepared to sample! Your fee includes all supplies.
