Community Clean Up Day

This fall, we’re rallying our community to support older adults who could use a little help getting ready for the season ahead. During Homecoming Week, we’re organizing a Community Clean Up Day to lend a hand with outdoor chores and light household tasks.Whether it’s raking leaves, cleaning up the garden, storing patio furniture, or adding a touch of fall decor, we want to help our neighbors feel supported and seen.If you or someone you know could use an extra hand, let us know! Fill out a Project Registration form and drop it off at the Elevate Office.Submit your Project Registration form online here. We’re accepting project submissions through Friday, September 19.
