Tai Chi Chih is moving meditation. Created in 1974 by Justin Stone in Albuquerque, New Mexico. It is a series of 19 movements and 1 pose. This practice is designed to help improve balance, reduce stress, and improve circulating the chi (energy) within each of us. Easy to follow. This practice brings joy and a sense of calm.
