Join Nancy for a soothing, one-hour yoga session designed for all levels. This gentle practice will help you enhance balance, strength, focus, and relaxation. Bring a yoga mat (or a blanket/towel if you don’t have one) and dress comfortably. As this is an outdoor event, be sure to protect yourself with sunscreen and bug repellent. In case of rain, the event will be rescheduled.
