Introduction to Pasta Making

Meet Delfina Ciampi! She was a foreign language and literature teacher in Italy for several years. She is excited to share her love of teaching with you!
Instructor: Delfina Ciampi, Italian Made Easy
Delfina grew up in the southern part of Italy and from a very young age was taught her family’s recipes, learning all the secrets of the Italian cooking culture. In this fun, hands-on class she will teach you how to make pasta from scratch for use in dishes such as ravioli, tortellini, cannelloni, and more. Come prepared to sample and you’ll also take home recipes and tips to be ready to make your own authentic Italian pasta at home. Your fee includes all supplies.
