POP+ Day at Perham Farmers Market

Elevate is excited to partner with Perham Living Home Care to bring POP+ to the Perham Farmers Market this year! On the third Wednesdays of the month, there will be $2 vouchers available for the first 50 seniors (60+) that come to the market. The $2 voucher can be spend on fresh fruits and vegetables from the local growers. Stop by the Elevate table to register and get your voucher!
